We discussed running it in Seattle's The Stranger, but it was far too long and (I admit it) repetitive and emotional for publication. A massively condensed, retooled version that covers some of the same ground ran here when the new print of 2001: A Space Odyssey ran in Seattle's Cinerama.

This next piece is the written intro and linking pieces that I used for my William Gibson interview I did a long, long time ago - I wasn't even twenty, I don't think. Someday I'll put up the MP3s and you can hear how worshipful and amateurish I was (am).
